He was a Managing Partner in Ratnamani General Trading LLC (Dubai) where he gained experience on customer acquisition, service delivery and finance management.

Mr. Arpan holds degree of Civil Engineer. As the Co-Founder of Brij Group, he brings in over 10 years of experience in the business of property development. From residential to office spaces, he is involved in every project from conception to completion and this his passion for design that sets him apart. His excellent people skills have created an environment where team members can execute assignments with confidence and effectiveness.

Alex's competence in the management field enables him to analyze market demographics and propose effective strategies.

Mr. Patel holds B.E Civil Degree and has 17 years of experience in construction field. He is looking after plan, design, and project management at every stage to ensure that the projects are safe, efficient, and cost-effective, and that they meet the needs of the community and the environment. With deep knowledge in urban planning understanding the nuances of the guiding authorities of the civil planning, he organises the compatible planning of the projects in association with the client's demands.

Mr. Dipak is a Civil Engineer by profession. He has more than 22 years of experience in project management. At Brij Group, he is responsible to ensure that the construction project meets the required quality standards. He is also looking after safety protocols to protect workers and the public during construction and addresses unforeseen challenges to keep the project on track.

Dr. Gupta has over 30 years of experience in academia and industry. He has held senior management positions in national and multinational companies such as Mahindra & Mahindra, Peerless General Finance, Aviva, Future Generali and Birla. He has been associated as Director Academics for Institutes of Management and Design, Karnavati University. Dr. Gupta, now continues to be a business consultant and advising business owners on a variety of topics including lean operations, process improvement and change management. He has proven ability to synthesize data into actionable insights and effectively communicate recommendations to drive results.
