Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities for residential and commercial real estate projects.
Generate and follow up on leads through field visits, cold calling, referrals, and online platforms.
Build strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and brokers to enhance the business pipeline.
Arrange and conduct site visits with prospective clients and close deals effectively.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Represent the company at exhibitions, customer meets, and promotional events.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and deal closures.
Provide market intelligence and competitor analysis to management for strategic planning.
Requirements:
MBA in Marketing (preferred but not mandatory with equivalent experience).
1–3 years of experience in real estate business development or sales.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
Good understanding of real estate market trends, pricing, and customer behavior.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple client relationships.
Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.
